• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or verification issues.

10. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown on the website at the time of order acceptance and may change without notice.
• Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or other agreed currencies).
• Fashion Rerun Wholesale does not store card details.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
• Any delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

12. Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the wholesale and secondhand nature of our products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• Opened, used, or resold goods are not eligible for return.

13. Customs Duties & Import Charges

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or clearance fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
• Fashion Rerun Wholesale is not responsible for customs charges, delays, or issues during import clearance. The customer must pay all customs-related costs.
• If an order is delayed, refused, or returned due to customs reasons, return shipping and related charges will be borne by the customer, and shipping or customs fees are nonrefundable.
